Andrea Ramolo is a multiple Canadian Folk Music Award nominee and has been touring nationally and internationally for the past 15 years. She was one-half of the acclaimed folk duo Scarlett Jane and just released her 7th studio record Quarantine Dream produced by Sarah MacDougall and made with a predominantly all-female crew, featuring guest appearances by Kinnie Starr, Madison Violet, and Kathryn Calder. Her 8th record, an international CAC supported collaboration with Italian electro-folk band Kalàscima comes out in June 2023. Andrea won the Canadian Independent Music Video Award for her video Free, co-directed with Kinnie Starr and Emilee Ann Pitawanakwat. She will premier her first documentary film this summer, has shared the stage with Gordon Lightfoot, Madison Violet, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, and more, and continues to play major festivals, singing both in English and Italian.
