The Youngstars

2022 marked the debut of The Youngstars, one of the first and youngest student bands emerging from Tone Labs Music Academy in Markham, Ontario. Comprised of a group of promising young musicians aged 8-13, the band is fronted by Ethan Wong as vocalist and lead guitarist, Aidan Wong on guitar, Cammy Lee on bass, Sabrina Ong on drums, and the youngest member, Theo Yu, on keyboard.

The Youngstars’ developing musical style encompasses a range of genres including classic rock, pop, and Cantopop, reflecting the band’s burgeoning versatility and musicality. Their talent even earned them a spot in the Top 10 of their category in the CBC Canadian Music Class Challenge 2023 & 2024! Kicking off 2025 with a bang, the Youngstars shined on the Youth Stage at Stouffville’s Wintersong Music Festival!
